Whichever method is used, it will be drug free, and administered by well qualified and experienced practitioners. The first task would be to understand and document where the existing problems may be occurring this initial consultation FREE at any Atimus store.
Egoscue Method / Advanced Biostructural Correct (ABC)
These method are underscored by the fact that if you change the length and tension of one muscle group all the other muscles in the body have to reorganise themselves relative to this change. This creates stress and pain in the muscles and joints.
The Egoscue method uses simple stretching and strengthening exercises to re balance the muscles of the body, returning it to its natural (pain free) alignment. The chiropractic ABC method also aims to regain balance by realigning spinal misalignments without dislodging skeletal compensations. The practioners are tasked with giving you the information to allow you to choose which treatment option best suits you.
